For our Custom Video commercials, Vidify’s talented digital filmmakers single-handedly project manage the process from start to finish. This also means you get a dedicated point of customer service and support throughout your time with us. By keeping the process straightforward and streamlined, we can pass on the savings direct to you.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Once you have booked with Vidify, we will email you a Shoot Guide that takes you through the process – and helps you prepare for the shoot. We will then get to work straight away on your project, and submit a project brief or script for your approval a week ahead of the shoot. As a point of courtesy and best practice, your assigned Vidify filmmaker will call you well ahead of the appointed day to reconfirm booking details and run through the on-site production process.

All Vidify filmmakers carry public liability insurance and are contractually obliged to carry out all work in accordance with the terms of contract detailed in our project for hire videographer agreement.
